摘    要:研究了以新型高效缓蚀剂和阻垢分散剂为主剂组成的,适用于不同水质(超低硬度、低硬度、中硬度、高硬度和超高硬度)的循环冷却水处理方案。采用旋转挂片腐蚀、静态阻垢和动态模拟试验方法对上述不同水质的处理方案进行评价,测得的碳钢试管腐蚀速率小于0.023mm/a,结垢粘附速率绝大多数小于7.0mg/(cm2·月),均达到中国石油化工总公司水处理“很好级”的水平。

Abstract:The different programs of cooling water treatment are developed with new, efficientcorrosion inhibitors and scale inhibitors which fit treating different calcium hard water (lower, low, mild,high and higher calcium hard water) respectively. The programs of treating above 5 kinds of different calcium hard water were evaluated respectively by measuring corrosion weight losses of rotary strips,analysing calcium hard changes between tested water and untested water, and modelling recirculating systems for measuring corrosion rates and scale rates on heat transfer. The gained results showed that therates of corrosion and the rates of scale were lower than 0. 023 mm per year and 7. 0 mg/cm2 per month,which were less than the standard permitted by SINOPEC.
