跨世纪国内外炼油新技术的发展动向

针对２１世纪炼油工业面临的各种严重挑战，通过对国内外主要重油加工和炼厂气综合利用技术的发展现状及今后发展动向的调研，对国内主要原油和进口含硫原油的各种深度加工方案的技术经济比较，以及对进一步增产中间馏分油，优化油品结构，提高油品质量所应采对对策的分析，着重阐述了我国今后在进一步完善，提高现有主要碳碳工艺的同时，要加速发展加的氢技术和催化脱蜡技术。

DEVELOPING TRENDS OF NEW PETROLEUM REFINING TECHNOLOGIES IN THE 21ST CENTURY

Facing the severe challenge of petroleum refining industry in the 21st century,investigations of both status and trends of developing technologies of heavy oil processing,and comprehensive utilization of refinery gas were carried out.Various processing schemes for main domestic crudes and the import sulfur-containing crudes are technically and economically compared.The countermeasures for increasing middle distillates, optimizing oil product structure and improving the product quality are analyzed. Besides the development of decarbonizing processes,it is emphasized to accelerate the development of hydroprocessing technologies and catalytic dewaxing as well.The comprehensive utilization of refinery gas for increasing high additional value products is suggested. Further investigating the utilizations of the high sulfur inferior coke from the delayed cokers processing high sulfur residual oils,as well as seeking the sources of more cheaper hydrogen for hydroprocessing units are also emphasized.
