摘    要:该文介绍了温度补偿滤波器的设计方法。通过研究温度补偿结构的材料,在性能和温度系数之间求取最佳的层间参数搭配。在此基础上提取三维耦合模式模型(COM)参数数据库,并置于设计仿真软件中,最终可以实现高温稳定型声表面波(TC-SAW)滤波器的设计优化。根据指标要求设计目标函数,设计出满足要求的低损耗TC-SAW滤波器。利用多层FEM/BEM软件对性能进行精确验证,实验结果与仿真结果吻合良好。

Abstract:This paper introduced a design method of temperature compensated surface acoustic wave filter. By investigating the structure of temperature compensation materials, the optimal interlayer parameters collocation between temperature coefficient and performance has been found. On this basis, the 3-D coupling of modes (COM) parameters for this structure is extracted and placed in the software platform of COM simulation, and finally, the design optimization of the temperature compensated SAW filter has been realized. The objective function is designed according to the technic guideline demands; a low loss TC-SAW filter that meets the requirements has been designed. The performance of the filter has been accurately verified by using the multi-layer FEM/BEM software, and the experimental results are in good agreement with the simulating ones.
