| Abstract: | The paper puts forward a thinking and method to apply self - adapting genetic algorithms in image segmentation based on analyzing the characteristics such as image regional merge and split method and self -adapting genetic algorithms,etc. ,and demonstrates the feasibility of the method ,and gives the detail algorithm procedure. |
