| 摘 要： | 本文结合我院近几年学生就业的实际情况,提出以多层次计算机专业职称资格证书为主线的人才培养新模式。文章探讨了该模式的内涵及实施该模式的意义,依据新模式改革人才培养方案,构建教学计划课程、实践教学新体系,最后分析了人才培养实践过程中的成绩及问题与不足。
