广州开发区的地域空间演变与发展趋势研究

经过20多年的发展建设，广州开发区经历了起步发展、快速扩张、综合优化3个阶段，其空间形态也从“孤岛”状、“串珠”状进而演化到“团块状”的特征。政府的政策体制导向、跨国公司的示范作用和产业发展对城市化的带动作用是开发区地域空间演变的重要动力。同时随着经济实力的增强和空间的不断扩张，开发区正向着地域空间一体化、内部功能综合化、空间布局多样化和空间环境内涵化的态势发展。

Spatial Structure Evolvement and Development Trends of Guangzhou Development Zone

The paper analyzes the regional structure evolvement of Guanghzhou de- velopment zone, including three stages: acnode, a string of beads and block. The guidance of the government policy, the demonstration of the transnational corporations and the effect of industry development to the urbanization are three important factors for the spatial structure evolvement of Guanghzhou development zone. Then the authors summarize the space tendency of Guangzhou development zones: integration of spatial structure, totalization of internal function, diversification of spa- tial arrangement, improvement of spatial environments.
