耐光汗活性染料三原色筛选研究

摘    要:按照ATYS汗液标准,测定了一些中温型商品活性染料的耐光汗复合色牢度,筛选出一组耐光汗复合色牢度较高的三原色活性染料,并研究了它们在不同染色工艺下的拼色性能。结果表明,LevafixFastRedCA、活性黄3RS和活性藏青RGB三原色染料成本相对较低,耐光汗牢度较高。采用低温预加碱工艺和添加适当的匀染剂,可以提高该三原色染料的拼色性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the color fastness to light and perspiration of several mid-energy reactive dyes was measured according to the ATTS standard, and trichromatic reactive dyes with high fastness to light and perspiration were selected and the matching performance of these dyes with different dyeing processes was also investigated. As a result, the selected trichromatic reactive dyes, including Levafix Fast Red CA, Reactive Yellow 3 RS and Reactive Navy RGB, featured lower cost and higher col- or fastness to light and perspiration. The pre-addition of alkali prior to dyeing and suitable leveling agent are beneficial to improving the dyeing compatibility of those dyes.
