摘    要:横向减振器是转向架中的重要部件,对其性能退化评估可以更为有效地服务于设备主动维护。为此提出了基于聚合经验模态分解的经验模态互相关分析方法,并定义了经验模态互相关系数,用于描述两信号在时频域上的互相关关系。利用该方法对高速列车转向架的横向减振器性能退化数据(90%~10%)进行了特征提取及分析。将退化程度分为四个退化区间进行分类,平均准确率为95.2%,在一定程度上实现了对待测样本退化程度的定量评估,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Lateral dampers are important units in high-speed train bogie, their performance degradation assessment is more effective for proactive maintenance. The Empirical Mode cross-correlation method (EMCC) is developed based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition, and the Empirical Mode cross-correlation coefficient is defined to describe the cross-correlation between two signals in the time domain. The proposed method is applied to extract and analyze the feature of vibration signals of high-speed train bogie’s lateral damper performance degradation from 90% to 10% that are divided into four degenerate intervals, the average precision is 95.2%,then quantitative degradation of test data could be realized and verified this method’s feasibility and validity.
