| 摘 要： | 文中介绍线阵CCD的USB总线数据采集系统的设计和实现。该系统利用CPLD设计线阵CCD的A/D和二值化数据采集电路,利用专用USB接口芯片CY7C68013设计数据采集计算机接口电路,实现了对线阵CCD输出信号的数据采集和快速处理。该数据采集系统可广泛应用于线阵CCD检测领域。

| Abstract: | Design and implementation of linear CCD data acquisition system, which is based on USB interface is introduced in this paper. The A/D transformation and two-valued data acquisition circuits of this system are designed with CPLD. The design of USB bus interface is realized with USB microcontroller CY7C68013. The experiment indicates that the system can meet the requirements of acquisition and fast processing of signals, and can be introduced to measurement system using linear CCD widely. |
