低磷酸盐处理方式下炉水pH值的计算方法及应用

摘    要:对炉水中各种碱化剂(NH3、Na3PO4和NaOH)对炉水pH值的影响进行分析,给出了低磷酸盐处理方式下炉水pH值的计算方法,并给出不同炉水处理体系炉水pH值与炉水PO43-含量的关系曲线及典型应用。研究结果表明:(1)在炉水pH值计算时,如果PO43-小于2 mg/L,则可以将Na3PO4当作一元强碱来处理;(2)在炉水NaOH和Na3PO4含量较低的情况下,炉水中氨对pH值的作用显著;(3)将现有的水汽品质在线监测数据如给水电导率、炉水PO43-浓度以及配药时NaOH与Na3PO4.12H2O的比例代入炉水pH值计算公式即可方便地计算出炉水pH值,从而有效指导炉水pH值的控制和判断炉水pH值测量的准确性;(4)不同炉水处理体系的关系曲线有助于合理选择炉水处理方式。
