汽车发动机后盖板冲压工艺与模具设计

摘    要:根据汽车发动机后盖板的结构特点和尺寸精度要求,分析了零件冲压工艺,介绍了零件冲压过程中所用4副冲模的结构设计与制造要点。经生产实践验证,零件冲压工艺方案合理,模具结构简单,工作可靠,成形的零件质量好,满足了大批量生产的需要。

Abstract:According to the requirements for structure characteristics and dimensional accura- cy, the stamping process of an automobile engine back cover plate was analyzed and the key points in structure design and manufacturing of four sets of dies were presented. Pro- duction practice has proven that the stamping process is reasonable; the die rtmning is reli- able and can meet the need for large-scale batch production with good quality.
