| 摘 要： | 为提高水面舰艇编队的作战能力和生存能力，应建立有效的远程对海观察体系。分析了水面舰艇编队远程对海观察影响因素和任务特点，对编队远程对海观察体系构建进行了分析，并给出了观察界限的计算方法，对水面舰艇编队远程对海观察组织计划具有指导作用。
