Analysis and Treatment of Off-Circuit Tap-Changer for a Transformer in Maintenance

Introduction was made to the problem of the off-circuit tap-changer for a 110kV main transformer in the factory overhaul pro-cess. By theoretically analyzing the electrical principle diagram of the transformer off-circuit tap-changer, combining with the development history of domestic transformer and off-circuit tap-changer manufacturing technology, this paper judged that the malfunction problem was caused by the disunity between the entity and the schematic diagram, so as to obtain the processing scheme of this case. The case analysis and treating processes provide references for factory overhaul of power transformer.
