| Abstract: | From the Perspective of rule of law,defects of current Urban-rural Planning Law are analyzed.Furthermore, drawing on the experiences of foreign urban planning law, ideas of how to perfect Chinese Urban-rural Planning Law is proposed,which are as follows:social balance of legislative planning;coordination of laws and the clear definition of planning law. |
