摘    要:以X70管线钢为实验材料进行了在役焊接修复的研究,测定了在役焊接的热循环曲线,并与空冷焊接对比研究了粗晶区的组织和硬度。研究结果表明,在役焊接热循环曲线和常规空冷焊接有很大不同,高温停留时间和t8/5都远远小于常规空冷焊接。过快的冷却速度导致粗晶区生成了大量非平衡组织,如马氏体、板条铁素体,并使粗晶区的硬度值增大,增加了氢致裂纹敏感性。

Abstract:In-service welding was studied using X70 pipeline steel. The thermal cycle of in-service welding was measured. The microstructure and hardness of CGHAZ were studied and compared with air cooling welding. The results of study show that the thermal cycle of in-service welding is very different from air cooling welding. The time above 1 100℃ and t85 of in-service welding are much less than air cooling welding. Much unbalanced microstructure, such as martensite and lath ferrite, produces in CGHAZ because of the too fast cooling velocity and the hardness of the CGHAZ is high, which increases the sensitivity of HIC.
