摘    要:利用基液置换法,将稳定性较好的磁流变体作为润滑油添加剂,以合理的配比加入到润滑油中,并对合成后的润滑油进行黏度测量及摩擦性能测试。由于稳定的磁流变体具有较宽的使用温度范围,良好的抗沉降团聚稳定性能,以及良好的润滑抗磨损性能,可以作为润滑油的添加剂,以适当提高润滑油黏度,降低磨损。实验及测试结果表明,磁流变体添加剂质量分数在3%~5%之间,最大无卡咬负荷为80kg~100kg,磨斑直径为0.48mm~0.51mm。稳定的磁流变体可以应用于风力发电机传动系统中的润滑,且添加剂质量分数在3%~5%的范围。
