摘    要:
根据汽车覆盖件冲压成形过程中滑移线的产生机理,在有限元增量法模拟板料变形过程的基础上,假设板料变形过程中,板料上的物质点在单元面积坐标系中的坐标值不变,逐步跟踪滑移线产生与终止过程中的材料流动过程,在FASTAMP后处理系统中实现了滑移线的预测功能。算法计算效率和计算精度较高,为预测汽车覆盖件滑移线缺陷提供了参考,减少了传统模具制造的反复试模过程,提高了生产效率。
