摘    要:
试验一种液态的改性马铃薯淀粉铸造粘结剂,通过工艺试验确定其型芯砂的制备和硬化方法,测试了湿态及干态粘结强度、吸湿性、发气量和溃散性等性能,分析了对这些性能的影响因素和规律,讨论了型芯砂的使用特点和方法,在几类铸造合金及铸件上进行了生产试验及应用。

Abstract:
A water-soluble foundry binder has been developed from modified potato starch. Preparing and hardening method of the core sand were determined by technological experiments, and the main properties, such as dry-tensile strength, wet-pressure strength, moisture absorption, gas evolution and collapsibility of the core sand were tested. The factors and rules of the effects on these properties were analyzed. The characteristics and methods to use the core sand were discussed. Some kinds of alloy casts were also produced by using the binder.
