微生物发酵生产鼠李糖的摇瓶实验研究

摘    要:将选育出的鼠李糖高产菌株,通过摇瓶培养确定了该菌株的最佳生长条件及产鼠李糖条件。培养基配方(g/L):NaNO37,NaCl1.1,KCl1.1,K2HPO44.4,MgSO40.5,Ca(NO3)20.01,KH2PO43.4,FeSO40.0002,玉米油140mL,金属离子液5mL,pH值655;培养温度:37℃;培养天数:7d;摇床转速:200r/min;接种量:2%。鼠李糖产量为45~55g/L

Abstract:In this article,the authors studied the shaking flask culture conditions of mutated Pseudomonas aeruginosa which have the high productive of rhamnose.The potimum culture conditions were defined,culture base(g/L) were composed of NaNO3 7,NaCl 1.1,KCl 1.1,K2HPO4 4.4,MgSO40.5,Ca(NO3)2 0.01,KH2PO4 3.4,FeSO4 0.0002,140mL corn oil,5mL trace metal solution,pH worth was 6.55,culture temperature was 37,fermentation time was days,rotary shaking rate was 200r/min,inoculum size was 2%.The rhamnose productive of the mutant was 4.55.5g/L
