摘 要: | SAGD快速启动技术是一种利用岩石力学扩容原理来增强SAGD启动性能的技术,是超稠油/油砂储层SAGD开发过程中预热阶段高效启动的重要手段。从油砂扩容机理、油砂扩容的增产增注机理、扩容与水力压裂的区别3个方面分析阐述了SAGD快速启动的技术机理,并回顾了国内外SAGD快速启动技术的发展历程。根据矿场实践,总结了SAGD快速启动技术"地质工程一体化设计、施工流程标准化、施工过程可视化"配套成果。通过储层物性及非均质性、地质力学参数及原位地应力条件对扩容启动过程的影响分析,提出了SAGD快速启动面临的技术挑战并指出发展方向。未来SAGD快速启动技术应持续攻关溶剂辅助扩容、边井辅助扩容、分段差异化扩容、脉冲式强化扩容等衍生技术,以进一步增强该技术的适应性,推动其纵深方向的发展。

Abstract: | SAGD quick start technology is a kind of technology which makes use of rock mechanical dilation principle to enhance SAGD start performance, and it is an important means to realize efficient start in the stage of preheating during the SAGD development of super heavy oil/oil sand reservoir. The technological mechanisms of SAGD quick start were analyzed and illustrated from three aspects, including mechanisms of oil sand dilation, stimulation mechanism of oil sand dilation and difference between dilation and hydraulic fracturing, and development histories of domestic and foreign SAGD quick start technologies were reviewed. Then, the support achievements of SAGD quick start technology in terms of “geology-engineering integrated design, construction flow standardization and construction process visualization” were summarized based on field practice. Finally, the technological challenges and development directions of SAGD quick start were put forward by analyzing the influences of reservoir physical property and heterogeneity, geomechanical parameters and in-situ stress on the dilation start process. As for SAGD quick start technology, it is necessary to continue the researches on SAGD derivative technologies in the future, such as solvent assisted dilation, edge well assisted dilation, multi-stage differentiated dilation and pulse enhanced dilation, so as to improve its adaptability and promote its in-depth development. |
