摘    要:基于温度场有限元模拟仿真结果和实测的动态连续冷却转变曲线,研究了20MnSi棒材轧后分级控制冷却过程温度场及其组织性能的变化规律,并将组织性能计算结果与现场实测值进行比较,建立了适用于分级控冷工艺要求的组织和力学性能预测模型,为合理制定棒材分级控冷工艺方案提供了理论基础.

Abstract:Based on FE-simulation of temperature field and measured CCT diagram, the microstructure and properties prediction for multi-stage controlled cooled 20MnSi steel bar were calculated and verified by the measured results in this way. The suitable mathematical models for predicting microstructure and mechanical properties of round bar were obtained. Such prediction models offer the theoretical foundation for the rational estimation of multi-stage controlled cooling parameters.
