摘    要:以普通42.5水泥为胶凝材料,添加废旧聚苯颗粒调节水泥性能,制备聚苯颗粒/水泥复合保温材料。研究聚苯颗粒添加量对复合材料干密度、吸水率、抗折强度、抗压强度等性能的影响,采用X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪对聚苯颗粒/水泥复合材料制品物相结构进行表征。结果表明,复合材料主要水化产物为水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)凝胶和水化硫铝酸钙(钙钒石)及少量碳酸钙和石膏。当聚苯颗粒添加量为0.4%时,复合材料28 d抗折强度和抗压强度分别为2.9 MPa和8.2 MPa,干密度为1210 kg/m3,吸水率为7.2%,综合性能较佳,有望作为一种外墙用轻质保温材料。

Abstract:Polystyrene particles/cement composite thermal insulation material was prepared by using 42.5 cement as cementitious material and waste polystyrene particles were added to adjust the properties of cement.The influences of polystyrene particles by different additions on dry density,water absorption,flexural strength and compressive strength of cement were studied.The phase structure of polystyrene particles/cement composite products was characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the main hydration products of the composite are hydrated calcium silicate(C-S-H)gel,hydrated calcium sulphoaluminate(calcium vanadite),and a small amount of calcium carbonate and gypsum.When polystyrene particles are 0.4%,the flexural strength and compressive strength are 2.9 MPa and 8.2 MPa respectively,the dry density is 1210 kg/m3 and the water absorption is 7.2%.It is expected to be a light-weight thermal insulation material for the exterior wall.
