多层包扎容器筒体预应力分析计算方法

摘    要:应用内筒收缩外层膨胀的过盈理论建立液压多层包扎筒体预应力分析计算的数学模型,提出了一种新的液压多层包扎筒体预应力分析计算方法,用于液压包扎工艺过程的优化和应力预测。经实例分析计算,并将计算结果与生产制造容器的水压试验结果对比,筒体整体应力和变形均达到HG3129-1998标准和ASME压力容器建造规则(ULW-77,ULW-78)的生产制造要求。

Abstract:A mathematical model of the analysis and calculation of the prestress of a hydraulic multi-layer bound cylinder was founded using the interference theory of shrinking internal cylinder and extending external layer,a new analysis and calculation method of the hydraulic multi-layer bound cylinder was proposed for the optimization and stress predication of the hydraulic bound processes.Some calculations were performed using practical examples,and the calculation results were compared with the hydraulic testing results of the cylinders,the total stresses and deformations of the cylinders conformed to the HG3129-1998 standard and ASME codes(ULW-77,ULW-78).
