双主轴义齿加工系统综合性能研究

摘    要:
介绍了一台用于口腔修复的小型双主轴义齿快速加工系统。对加工系统提出了满足口腔医疗环境的功能需求及义齿加工所需的主要技术指标,确定了系统总体结构布局。对构建的加工系统进行了结构振动模态试验分析,获得了系统结构关键区域的振型。建立了基于多体系统理论的系统空间几何误差模型,用激光干涉仪测量法进行了误差辨识,实现了系统空间几何误差补偿。最后进行了人体磨牙冠义齿铣削加工试验,制品表面粗糙度Ra的平均值为0.8μm,满足医学口腔修复要求。

Abstract:
The paper presented a two-spindle rapid denture machining system with applications on CAD/CAM dental restorations. The necessary functions possessed by denture machining system in medical treatment environment were defined, and the main technical parameters and general layout structure of the system were determined. The modal tests of the system structure were conducted for the key areas vibration mode. Based on the basic theory of multi-body system, the volumetric geometric error model of the system was established. The volumetric geometric errors of the system were measured with laser interferometers and the error compensation was carried on. At last, the milling experiments of human molar crown denture were carried out with the mean surface roughness Ra value 0.8μm, which is consistent with the requirements of dental restoration.
