电冰箱喷涂质量问题解决方案

摘    要:分析了电冰箱厂喷粉线存在质量问题的原因:喷涂机工作环境不能满足喷粉及回收粉料的要求、压缩空气质量达不到要求从而造成粉料回收利用率低;加热循环系统结构设计不合理,前处理和烘干固化炉设备陈旧以及周围环境存在导致粉料污染的化学品等造成一次喷粉合格率低。提出了解决方案:增设空调干燥净化系统,改造压缩空气供气系统,调整工艺布置和总图布局。整改后产品一次喷涂合格率提高20%,粉料利用率超过80%。

Abstract:Causes of quality problem existing in spraying production line of refrigerator were analyzed as follows: work environment of spraying machine fails to meet the requirements of spraying and powder recovery and the quality of compressed air is not up to the standard, resulting in low powder recovery; the pass rate of first spraying is low because of irrational structure design of heating and cycling systems, out moded equipment of pretreatment, drying and curing oven and chemicals existing in surrounding environment, which leads to polluted powder coating. Solutions to such problems are adding air-conditioned drying and depurating system, renovating air feeding system of compressed air, adjusting the process layout as well as general layout. The first spraying pass rate of products is increased by 20% by the modified process and the use rate of powder coatings exceeds 80%.
