摘    要:温度测控系统在轨枕生产中起着关键的作用,系统通过多路数据采集卡获取轨枕蒸养室多个采样点的温度值。采用算术平均与分批估计相结合的数据融合算法,消除温度测量中的不确定性,使得测量的温度准确、可靠;保证了轨枕蒸养室温度的控制准确度和稳定性,提高了轨枕的质量。

Abstract:Temperature measuring and control system plays a key role in rail-pillow production.The temperature value of many sampling points in rail-pillow steam-maintain room is acquired through multichannel data collecting card.Data fuse algorithm combined arithmetic average and estimation in batches is used to eliminate the uncertainty in temperature measurement and the measured temperature is made to be accurate and reliable.The control accuracy and stability of temperature in rail-pillow steam-maintain room are guaranted and the quality of rail-pillow has been raised.
