金属醇盐水解法制备超细锆钛酸铅微粉的研究

摘    要:采用丁醇酞、自制乙醇锆和醋酸铅为原料,用金属醇盐水解方法制备出了超细的锆酞酸铅粉,并用示差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和原子发射光谱(TEM)分析等手段对粉末特性进行了分析。实验结果表明,该粉未具有超细、高纯及合成温度低等优点。

Abstract:Ferroelectric lead titanate zirconate ultrafine powders have been prepared by hydrolysis of metal alkoxides. Some properties are analyzed by means of differential thermal analysis(DTA), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and transmission electronic microscope(TEM) etc. The results indicate that the powders prossess high purity, homogeneity and lower synthesis temperature.
