基于等效模型的冷板热仿真

摘    要:为解决冷板翅片在ICEPAK热设计仿真中网格数目多的问题,提出根据冷板热特性规律曲线,在ICEPAK中寻找简单模型代替冷板进行热分析的冷板等效模型方法.仿真计算结果表明:当等效模型输入通过冷板实体模型仿真计算得出热阻和流阻特性曲线后,计算得出的表面温度与冷板实体模型最为相近,误差在合理的范围内,计算时间也减少.该方法可节省计算资源,具有一定的实用性.

Abstract:To solve the issue that there are too many meshes of cold plate fin in thermal design and simulation using ICEPAK, according to the thermal characteristics curve of cold plate, an equivalent model method is searched in the ICEPAK, which substitutes for cold plate in the thermal analysis. The simulation result shows that the surface temperature that is obtained by the equivalent model using input simulation thermal resistance and flow resistance curves is almost equivalent to the one obtained by actual cold plate model, and the computation time is reduced. The method can save computation resource with practicability.
