摘    要:电厂水力除灰系统中,回水管道的的材质对管道结垢影响很大,本文分析研究了回水的性质、回水管管壁的亲水性与疏水性、回水管壁水化膜的性质以及回水管结垢的机理,为回水管的选用及研制提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:In hydraulic convey ash system of a power plant, the material of backwater pipe has an important eflect on scaling. The properties of backwater, the hydrophilicity and hydropllobicity of backwater pipe wall, and the character of hydration shell of backwater pipe wall as well as the mechanism of pipe scaling have all been studied in this article. Some theoretical bases are provided for choosing and making backwater pipes.
