邢台矿建筑物下综合机械化固体充填采煤技术

摘    要:
为实现建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行,解决地面矸石及粉煤灰固体废弃物堆积带来的环境污染问题,以邢台矿7606工作面为研究对象,矸石与粉煤灰作为充填材料,利用自夯式充填开采液压支架对建筑物下采后固体充填试验进行了研究,并对采场矿压、充填体变形情况及7606工作面岩层移动的变形情况进行了监测和分析。结果表明:自夯式充填开采液压支架实现了建筑物下采煤与充填工艺的同时进行,提高了工作面采出率;且充填开采工作面超前应力峰值及影响范围比垮落法管理顶板小得多,没有明显顶板来压显现,充填体能有效控制顶板的运移,确保地表建筑物不受开采的影响。
