电子商务信用保障措施研究

摘    要:论文在明确我国电子商务信用内涵的基础上。分析了我国电子商务现有信用模式及存在的主要问题,如电子商务信用的先天不足、法律法规制度不健全、信用缺失的成本低、电子商务本身的安全性问题、税务问题、物流配送问题等,进而提出了相应的信用保障措施,以期促进电子商务信用体系的构建,促进我国电子商务的发展。

Abstract:The paper credit in the clear meaning of e-commerce, based on an analysis of e-commerce model and the current credit problems, such as e-commerce credit deficiencies, legal systems, the lack of low-cost credit, e-commerce their own security issues, tax issues, logistics and distribution problems, and the corresponding credit protection measures, with a view to promoting the construction of credit system of e-commerce, and promote the development of e-commerce.
