基于1036MW机组循环水系统的节能分析

摘    要:应用理论分析和试验分析相结合的方法,针对火电机组汽轮机、凝汽器、循环水泵和管网系统的主要特性和相互之间的制约关系进行了分析。通过对1 036MW机组循环水系统的运行优化和改造循环泵的控制系统,提出了多种优化运行的组合方案,获得循环水系统优化后的运行方式。综合煤价和电价进行比较后,已在百万机组的冷端实现了较大深度的节能降耗,在变流量时获得了最佳的节能控制。

Abstract:The main features of the thermal power unit steam turbine, condenser, circulating pump and pipe network systems and mutual restriction have been analyzed combining theoretical analysis with experimental analysis. Through optimization of the circulating water system and transformation of circulating pump in 1 036 MW units, several combination programs for optimized operation have been made and optimized operation mode of circulating water system has been achieved. After comparing coal and electricity price, a great amount of energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved at the cold end of million units; the best energy-saving control of the variable flow has also been obtained.
