| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于PCNN(脉冲耦合神经网络)的图像椒盐噪声消去方法,针对椒盐噪声的特点,根据PCNN集群点火特性,结合邻域均值滤波器较好地进行了图像平滑.试验证明,该方法不仅能够有效地去除椒盐噪声,对图像纹理和边缘的保护也较好.

| Abstract: | This paper presented a novel method of image pet and salt noise removal.By taking advantages of PCNN and neighbour average method,this paper created a hybrid filter,compared with the median filter in reducing noise of an image and proved that this method is effective on suppressing noise as well as preserving image edges originating from intensity discontinuities. |
