电信企业的商业模式及其评价方法

摘    要:随着网络经济的飞速发展,商业模式的重要性日益得到广泛重视.本文首先介绍了商业模式的含义,重点阐述了电信企业的商业模式及评价方法,将电信企业的商业模式划分为技术导向型、网络导向型、业务导向型和客户导向型,提出了定量和定性的评价方法,最后对中国电信的商业模式讲行了评价,并给出了建议.

Abstract:Along with the rapid development of network economy, more and more emphases are being placed on the importance of business models. In this article, the definition of business models is firstly introduced. Secondly, the business models of telecom operators and the evaluation methods are studied. The business models in telecom industry are divided into technology-oriented, network-oriented, service-oriented and customer-oriented, two evaluation methods are put forward in the meantime. Finally, an evaluation is made on China Telecom' current business model, and some suggestions are given.
