活性染料废水的倒置A/O+MBR处理工艺

摘    要:采用改良的倒置A/O(厌氧/好氧)工艺和活性炭强化的膜生物反应器(MBR)处理活性染料废水。中试结果表明,CODCr值从1200~2000mg/L稳定降至200mg/L以下,氨氮值从50~80mg/L稳定降至2mg/L左右,总磷值从20~40mg/L稳定降至1mg/L左右,色度从1000~1200倍稳定降至30倍左右。活性炭强化的MBR膜生物反应器在15g/L高污泥浓度下,系统运行稳定,膜污染较轻,通量恒定。

Abstract:Abistract;Reactive dye effluents are treated with modified reversed A/O process and activated carbon enhanced membrane bio-reactor(MBR).The pilot results show that the process has good efficiency with the CODCrdropping from 1200~2 000 mg/L to below 200 mg/L,NH3-N from 50~80 mg/L to 2 mg/L,TP from 20~-40 mg/L to 1 mg/L and chromaticity from 1 000~1 200 to 30 respectively.The activated carbon enhanced MBR system run steadily with low membrane fouling and constant flux under high MLSS of 15 g/L.
