摘    要:
以溶胶-凝胶法制备抗真菌整理剂,对抗真菌剂的稳定性及优化整理工艺进行了探讨。结果表明,溶胶陈化温度越低,抗真菌剂黏度的变化越小,稳定性越好。得到的最佳抗真菌整理工艺条件为二浸二轧,轧余率70%~80%,100℃预烘2.5 min,160℃焙烘2 min。整理后的织物能很好地抑制白念珠菌和红毛癣菌的生长。

Abstract:
The antifungal agent is prepared by sol-gel method.The stability of antifungal agent and the optimum finishing process are studied.The results show that the lower the aging temperature is,the less viscosity change of antifungal agent is,and the better stability is.The optimum finishing conditions are as follows: two-dip-two-pad with pickup of 70%~80%,pre-drying at 100 ℃ for 2.5 min,and then curing at 160 ℃ for 2 min.The finished fabric can inhibit the growth of Candida albicans and T.rubrum.
