基于扭矩的高压共轨柴油机急加/减速控制策略的研究

摘    要:以高压共轨柴油机为对象,针对急加速和急减速过程的特殊性,结合基于扭矩的控制算法,提出了急加速和急减速过程的扭矩计算扭矩/油量转换和轨压控制策略。利用ETAS公司的INCA5.4标定软件对该控制策略在发动机试验台架上进行了实时监测和标定。结果表明:该控制策略的应用保证了对柴油机急加速和急减速过程的平稳控制,改善了柴油机的响应性能。

Abstract:In view of the particularity of abrupt acceleration and abrupt deceleration process, on the high pressure common rail diesel engine, combined torque based control algorithm, torque calculation, torque/fuel conversion and rail pressure control strategy of abrupt acceleration and abrupt deceleration process was proposed. The control strategy was real-time monitored and calibrated by engine test bed using the INCA 5.4 calibration software of ETAS. The test results show that this control strategy can control abrupt acceleration and abrupt deceleration process smoothly, and improve the response performance of the diesel engine.
