摘    要:以长庆油田庄一联合站采出水为研究对象,对水源井采出水的离子、溶解氧及细菌含量分析、腐蚀速率测定,通过室内模拟水质离子含量进行腐蚀实验,利用差量法确定了引起腐蚀的主要因素.实验结果表明,采出水中HCO3-、SO42-和较低的pH值是造成腐蚀的主要原因.

Abstract:In this experiment the main corrosion factors of produced water in Changqing oil field Zhuang Yilian treatment station was studied. In terms of ion dissolved oxygen detection, bacteria content measurement, corrosion rate determination, corrosion by indoor simulation experiment, ion content in water, using the difference method to determine the main factors causing corrosion. The results showed that the HC03-, S042-content, and pH value, were the main corrosion factors.
