| Abstract: | Zhangjiakou Water Resources Bureau,Hebei province actively innovates and transfers HOBAS penstock into the rural hydropower development,opens up a new way for the hydraulic project penstock construction. The new materials and new technology as well as new products find their markets. It is conducive to carry out the dependability analysis carefully so as to promote the scientific development of the rural hydropower course. |
