| 摘 要： | 为了给公众、学术界及产业政策决策机构提供有价值的参考,围绕VoIP这一新兴产业的特征进行了分析研究.在介绍VoIP产业背后的技术特征之后,分析得出了我国VoIP产业的4个显著产业特性,基于此,指出我国VoIP产业价值链存在的若干亟待考虑和解决的问题. |

| Abstract: | In order to provide valuable reference for public,academic and industrial policy makers,the analysis work is carried out focusing on the characteristic of VoIP-a newly emerging industry.After introducing the technical features behind VoIP industry,four dominant characteristics of Chinese VoIP industry are presented.Based on them,some problems of Chinese VoIP industrial value chain are pointed out which should be considered and solved exigently. |
