摘    要:为测量电机等旋转体的转速,本文用AT89C52单片机作微处理器,设计了一种基于红外线的转速测量装置.系统采用一对红外发射和接收二极管形成光路.通过齿盘轮齿对光路的间歇遮挡形成电脉冲.单片机采用同步M/T法对脉冲计时从而计算出转速,并通过液晶显示器显示出结果.实验结果显示测量装置能保证检测的实时性,测量精度高,可适应低转速和高转速的测量.

Abstract:In this paper, a rotation speed measurement system using the AT89C52-MCU was designed based on infrared, A pair of infrared emitted and reeeive diodes were used to form light beam, when the gear teeth broke the light beam at intervals, the eleetronie pulse was generated. The MCU eount the time which the pulse spend through the way of the synchronization M/T and then compute the rotation speed. The experiment show that the measuring instrument has a high accuracy and measures real-timely, and it can measure the low and high rotation speed.
