摘    要:对半钢子午线轮胎氮气硫化工艺中氮气消耗量大的原因进行分析,并提出解决措施。氮气消耗量大主要原因是硫化过程中硫化机或管路存在泄漏,其次是氮气回收量小以及定型氮气消耗量大,通过采取相应解决措施,氮气消耗量减小,平均单胎硫化氮气消耗量由原来的0.75 Nm~3降至0.47 Nm~3。

Abstract:Based on the steel and a half meridian tires of nitrogen sulfide nitrogen sulfide of the teason for the big analysis,and put forward solutions.Big nitrogen consumption is the main cause of sulfide machine in the process of sulfide line or there is a leak,especially sulfide machine pipeline joint control valves and sealing place,various sealing ring of sealing effect and so on,to take through a series of measures,our company reduces the consumption of nitrogen.
