摘    要:首先,选用玻璃纤维无捻粗纱制备了玻璃纤维膨体纱、玻璃纤维膨体花式纱及玻璃纤维膨体纱织物。其次,研究了玻璃纤维无捻粗纱和膨体纱的化学结构,并观察了它们的形态结构。最后探讨了膨体纱织物的透气性、力学性能、固定树脂能力及热防护性能。结果表明:玻璃纤维膨体纱织物外观丰厚,且存在较多空隙,具备良好的蓬松性、透气性、固定树脂能力及热防护性能。

Abstract:Firstly, the roving of glass fiber was chosen to prepare the bulk yarn of glass fiber, fancy bulk yarn of glass fiber and bulk yarn fabric. Secondly, the chemical structures of the roving and bulk yarn of glass fiber were studied, and their morphological structures were observed. Finally, permeability, mechanical properties, fixed resin properties and thermal protective performance of the bulk yarn fabrics of glass fiber were discussed. The results showed that the appearance of bulk yarn fabric was bulky, and there were many gaps in it. The bulk yarn fabric possesses promising fluffy properties, permeability, fixed resin properties and thermal protective performance.
