加氢裂化热高分油管线弯头开裂分析

摘    要:对国产加氢裂化热高分油管线的弯头开裂原因进行了分析 ,对预防连多硫酸腐蚀提出了相应的防范措施 :选用碳含量 <0 .0 3 %并含有稳定化元素Ti、Nb的奥氏体不锈钢或双相钢 ;控制焊缝硬度不大于HB2 0 0并焊后热处理 ;12CrMo和 15CrMo耐应力腐蚀性能好 ;设备停运后马上进行清洗并用碱液中和

Abstract:The cracking of the elbow on the high-temperature separation pipeline of the domestic hydrocracker was analyzed. The corresponding protection measures against polythionic acid corrosion were presented: ie selection of austenic steel or duplex steel with carbon less than 0.03% and stablizing elements like Ti and Nb and the hardness of the welds controlled at no greater than HB200 and implementation of heat treatment. 12CrMo and 15CrMo had good performance against stress corrosion. The equipment should be cleaned and neutralized by caustics immediately after shutdown.
