摘    要:介绍了湘潭电厂1913t/h超临界锅炉的设计特性、主要系统,以及3号锅炉试运行和燃烧调整情况。该锅炉调试有不同于汽包炉的调试过程,如采用投粉吹管、系统的启动、安全门整定、燃烧初调整及低负荷稳燃。提出了机组甩负荷试验和RB试验中锅炉侧的具体操作过程、要点等。对调试中出现的问题,如冲转时主蒸汽温度高、主给水管道异常振动、361阀故障、燃烧器冷却风控制、磨煤机风量显示值不正确等问题进行分析处理,尤其是注意了水冷壁壁温及分离器出口温度。168h运行结果显示,主要运行参数达到设计要求,机组可稳定、安全运行。

Abstract:The characteristic of design, main configuration and combustion adjustment of 1913t/h supercritical boiler in XiangTan Power Plant is introduced. Its commissioning is different from the steam drum boiler. For example, blow pipe, start-up of system, safety valve adjusting and stabilize combustion of low-load. It also suggest that detailed operation process of load rejection test and RB test. Attention has been paid on the problem occurring during the commissioning, including main steam temperature higher than expected when start up, vibration of main feed water pipe, malfunction of the 361 valve, the control of cooling air flow on burner and incorrect display of air flow for the coal mill etc, specially on the wall temperature of water wall and the temperature of the separator. The final result of 168h commissioning indicated that the main operation parameters have met the design requirements and unit is under stable and safety operation.
