LF炉快速深脱硫工艺开发与实践

摘    要:对唐钢不锈钢有限责任公司SPHC钢种冶炼全过程脱硫机理和影响因素进行了系统的分析,从转炉冶炼终点控制、挡渣出钢和精炼渣系选择、快速化渣、尽早成渣等方面提出优化措施,形成LF炉快速深脱硫新工艺。实施后,SPHC钢种的平均精炼周期由37 min缩短到30 min以内,较好地实现了炉机匹配。

Abstract:It is systematic analyzed the desulphurization mechanism and affecting factors in the whole smelting process of SPHC steel,proposed the optimizing measures from fields of converter smelting end control,slag stopping and tapping,refining slag system selection,fast slag melting,slag forming as soon as possible,and so a new fast deep desulphurization process for LF refining furnace brought about.With it the average refining period of SPHC steel is shortened from 37 to less than 30 minutes.
