供水管路系统结构紧凑型高效消能器的水力特性研究

摘    要:供水管路系统初期充水或设备检修后,在管路末端充水过程中需在有限空间内通过消能设施消减上游大量水流能量。针对传统内消能工占有较大空间或水流需较长的恢复长度等问题,提出了一种新型结构紧凑型高效能消能器,通过水工物理模型试验,研究了消能器过流能力特性和脉动压力特性,并通过数值模拟研究了消能器的水流空化特性。结果表明,该种消能器采用多层次的消能措施,优化布置了内部体型结构,占用极小的空间的同时具有较高的消能率,且空化性能良好。

Study on Hydraulic Characteristics of Compact and High Efficiency Energy Dissipation Device
Abstract:In the early stage of water filling or after equipment maintenance, the water supply pipeline system need cut a large amount of energy at the end of pipeline through energy dissipation facilities in the limited space. The hydraulic model test is used to study the hydraulic characteristics of the new compact high efficient energy dissipation device. Through the mathematical simulation, we studied the cavitation performance. Research results show that owing to using the multi-level energy dissipation measures and optimizing the layout of the internal body structure, this kind of energy dissipation device has some advantages of higher energy dissipation, good cavitation performance and occupying minimum of space.
