摘 要: | 针对某水电站深孔平面钢闸门在运行过程中损坏的问题,考虑流固耦合作用,建立闸门与水体三维有限元模型,分析了闸门自振特性及动力响应,探讨了闸门失事原因。结果表明,闸门的一阶频率与水流脉动主频较接近,有发生共振的可能;动水作用下,闸门部分构件出现了较大的位移与应力,超过了规范容许最大值。闸门失事可能由振动破坏、强度破坏等原因导致,研究结果为平面钢闸门的工程设计和应用提供了参考。

Failure Cause Analysis of a Certain Deep Hole Plane Steel Gate |

Abstract: | In accordance with the problems arising during the operation of a deep hole plane steel gate in a hydropower station, three dimensional finite element model of the gate and water body was established, the natural vibration property and dynamic response of the gate were analyzed by considering the interaction of fluid solid coupling. Then the failure causes of the gate were investigated. The results show that the first order frequency of the gate is comparatively in consistent with the master frequency of the flow fluctuation, and there is the possibility of resonance; under the action of hydrodynamic pressure, some of the gate components are subjected to large displacement and stress, which exceed the allowable maximum value of the standard criteria. The failure of the gate may be due to the vibration damage, strength failure. The findings can provide references for engineering design and application of the plane steel gate. |
