沸石粉对混凝土耐久性的影响

摘    要:通过不同龄期混凝土抗压强度、碳化、干燥收缩和抗氯离子渗透试验,结合扫描电子显微镜微观形貌分析,研究了不同掺量沸石粉对混凝土耐久性的影响。试验结果表明,沸石粉降低了混凝土早期抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能,而掺加10%沸石粉改善了混凝土后期内部结构,提高了其后期抗碳化性能和抗氯离子渗透性能;沸石粉降低了混凝土干燥收缩性。

Abstract:The Effect of zeolite powder with different portions on the durability of concrete was investigated by the experiments of compressive strength,carbonization,drying shrinkage and the resistance to chloride penetration at different ages.And the analysis of scanning electron microscopy morphology.The results indicate that the utilization of zeolite powder reduced the resistance to carbonization and chloride penetration at early stage.The later internal structure of concrete was improves by 10%zeolite powder and the resistance to carbonization and chloride penetration were increased at later stage.The drying shrinkage of concrete was reduced by the utilization of zeolite powders.
