水淬含钛高炉渣加热过程中的矿物结晶行为研究

摘    要:为改善攀钢含钛高炉渣大量堆放造成的环境问题以及减少有价资源浪费,通过研究水淬含钛高炉渣的化学成分、矿物物相组成、热重等特性,以-140目水淬含钛高炉渣为原料,采用加热方式研究其矿物物相的结晶行为,结果表明:水淬渣与空冷渣的化学成分基本相同,但矿物物相组成随颗粒粒径变化有较大的差异;矿物物相的结晶主要发生在680℃以上,随着温度的升高结晶顺序为尖晶石、钙钛矿、透辉石;水淬渣的微观形貌也随着加热温度的升高由具有尖锐棱角的碎屑颗粒逐渐变得圆润,颗粒表面覆盖有粒径为0.5~2.0μm的片状晶体。

Abstract:In order to solve Panzhihua's environmental problems caused by massive stockpiles of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag and to minimize the waste of valuable resources,such characteristics of water-quenched titanium-bearing blast furnace slag as chemical components,mineralogical composition,thermogravity were studied.The research on crystallization behavior of the mineral phase of minus 140 mesh water-quenched titanium-bearing blast furnace slag was performed by heating process.The results show that the water-quenched slag was basically identical to the air-cooled slag in chemical composition,but their mineralogical composition varied greatly with the particle size.The crystallization of the mineral phase mainly occurs at the temperature of above 680℃.With the increase of temperature,the crystallization of spinel,perovskite,and diopside takes place successively.In addition,in the microstructure the water-quenched slag changes gradually from clastic particles with sharp edges and corners to rounded particles covered with tabular crystals of 0.5-2.0μm in size as the temperature increases.
